During the day, we will explore how key standards and initiatives enable the next step in biopharma production:
- NOA (NAMUR Open Architecture) – secure access to process and asset data without interfering with validated production systems
- MTP (Modular Type Package) – modular, flexible, and faster-to-scale biopharmaceutical production
- Ethernet-APL – reliable and future-proof communication, even in hygienic and demanding environments
PiiA is a strategic innovation program that promotes digitalization and sustainability within the Swedish process industry. It serves as a collaboration platform for industry, academia, and research institutes and is funded by Vinnova, with RISE as the host organization.
