The Danish AMR Alliance work for at future where all resistant infections can be cured focusing specifically on 1) Better use of diagnostics, 2) Better and more strategic use of vaccines and 3) Ensure incentives for future development and access to effective antimicrobial treatments.

As a follow-up to our 2024 Annual Summit session “AMR – challenges and initiatives with Antimicrobial Resistance” including speakers from Lund University, Pfizer, Novo Nordisk Foundation and Snipr Biome, we have already planned the MVA R&D Network meeting “AMR – What is the Alternative” on Thursday 24th April 2025 in Malmö, featuring a number of distinguished speakers, which will help cross-pollinate the discussion in both countries” says MVA CEO Anette Steenberg
