Executive Club Dinner – only by invitation

Medicon Valley Alliance is pleased to invite our C-level Executive Club members to an exclusive dinner at the Turning Torso in Malmö on Monday, 11 May 2026.

Cross-border collaboration is vital for small countries like Denmark and Sweden and in the Øresund region, where world-class research, clinical excellence, and life science innovation meet, closer partnerships have the potential to create new momentum for both patients and the healthcare system.

At this Executive Club meeting, we put a spotlight on such an important strategic cross-border collaboration.
A Collaboration agreement has just been signed between Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen and Skåne University Hospital in Malmö/Lund. By strengthening cooperation across the strait, the partnership aims to bring together leading clinical environments, enable larger and more impactful research collaborations, and create new opportunities to accelerate innovation and the development of tomorrow’s treatments.

This will be addressed by our special guests and keynote speakers; Malene Fischer, Deputy Chief Executive, Research Director at Rigshospitalet and Stefan Jovinge President of Research and Education at Skåne University Hospital. They will present the ambitions behind the collaboration and share perspectives on its strategic importance for the Øresund region. They will also reflect on how stronger cross-border partnerships can unlock new opportunities for research, clinical development, and future collaboration in Medicon Valley.

The Medicon Valley Alliance Executive Club is for C-level network for MVA members only. If you are interested in joining, please contact us at event@mva.org
