Partner events

MVA Partner events are MVA’s concept for collaborative events organized by MVA in partnership with one or more of our members. The overall objective of the partner events is for you to reach out to a relevant audience with your key messages, demonstrate your competence and expertise and facilitate discussion and knowledge-sharing with a relevant and targeted life science audience from Sweden and Denmark. The meetings furthermore provide a framework for networking across the Medicon Valley region.

The partner events are typically located either at MVA’s venue in Ørestad, where we have access to meeting rooms and auditoriums or at the Medicon Village Science Park in Lund. The partner events can, however, also be located elsewhere including at the partner company’s own venue.

We currently offer three different types of partner events. Click the links below to learn more.

Medicon Valley Alliance Good Morning Meeting – a short event of two hours where you can reach out with your key messages to a targeted audience. Typically takes place in the morning so that people can attend before going to work.

Cost (MVA members): 4,800 EUR + VAT
Cost (non-members): 6,300 EUR + VAT

Medicon Valley Alliance Boost Seminar – a four hour event hosted in the morning or the afternoon. Lunch and additional catering can be included for increased networking opportunities.

Cost (MVA members): 6,900 EUR + VAT
Cost (non-members): 8,300 EUR + VAT

Medicon Valley Alliance Full Day Conference – our most elaborate partner event which covers a full day. The longer time frame leaves plenty of room for demonstrations, discussions and knowledge-sharing.

Cost (MVA members): 7,500 EUR + VAT
Cost (non-members): 9,000 EUR + VAT
