Meet Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and explore business opportunities between Denmark and Minnesota in healthcare innovation, cleantech and energy.
Minnesota and Denmark have much in common: strong innovation environments, ambitious green-transition agendas, similar GDP and population sizes, comparable sector profiles, and internationally recognised healthcare sectors. This forum brings together companies, public-sector representatives and industry organisations from both sides of the Atlantic to explore where these strengths can create new business and partnership opportunities.
A key highlight of the forum is the participation of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. Governor Walz has led the state of Minnesota since 2019 and was the Democratic Party’s vice-presidential candidate for Kamala Harris in the 2024 US presidential election. At the forum, he will share his perspectives on the transatlantic relationship and the value of partnerships between Minnesota and Denmark.
The programme continues with two sector-focused panel discussions: beginning with one on health innovation followed by one on cleantech and energy innovation. Together, they will highlight relevant business ecosystems, market opportunities and potential areas for collaboration between Denmark and Minnesota.
Whether you are looking for market insight, new contacts or concrete collaboration opportunities, the Minnesota–Denmark Business Forum offers an opportunity to engage with key Minnesota stakeholders and fellow Danish businesses.
