Patents and the Clinic – SE

We are pleased to invite you to Medicon Valley Alliance’s Good Morning Meeting on the theme Patents and the Clinic.
All pharmaceuticals need to undergo extensive clinical testing and even testing before clinical trials. Protocols must be published prior to the trials and the regulatory authorities also contribute to publications. This meeting will provide presentations and discussions on:

  • What to do before the first trials?
  • What kind of inventions can be patented later?
  • What happens when the protocol suddenly is published?
  • How to plan and how to organize the project team?

Two experienced European Patent Attorneys, Louise Aagaard and Jens Viktor Nørgaard from HØIBERG, Scandinavia’s leading life science patent attorneys, guide you through the challenges of the different phases of clinical trials and provide you with practical advice on how to address and avoid the challenges.
