Rigshospitalet is hosting a two-day, interactive, in-person MedTech Innovation workshop in collaboration with the Technical University Hospital of Greater
Copenhagen and Johns Hopkins University.
An international faculty of leading experts, including doctors, engineers, and health economists from Johns Hopkins, the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT), and the London School of Economics will teach at the
workshop.
The workshop will focus on clinical need-driven innovation to ensure the development of viable technical and digital healthcare products. The teaching
will be a combination of didactic lectures and work in small interdisciplinary teams, mentored by faculty anchors throughout the entire innovation pipeline—
from identifying clinical needs to developing roadmaps for MedTech products.
As a workshop participant, you will work in teams of four, including innovative medical doctors, nurses, and engineers selected through a competitive application process at the Hospitals and DTU.
Date: 8 – 9 December 2025
Venue: Rigshospitalet, Technical University Hospital of Greater Copenhagen (TUH)
