1) How do you think SanaClis can contribute to the Medicon Valley life science ecosystem? SanaClis can significantly contribute to the Medicon Valley life science ecosystem by leveraging our capabilities as a full-service Global CRO. We are also one of the few service providers with an extensive and complex array of in-house clinical supply chain services. Our global reach, focus on fostering long-term partnerships and our proven track record of successful collaborations will help drive innovation and growth within the Medicon Valley region. SanaClis can also act as the bridge that facilitates the international expansion and growth for sponsors. 2) How does SanaClis maintain its core values and company culture amid its global expansion? What began as a company rooted in Central and Eastern Europe has since grown into a truly global organization with 20 strategically located branches across the globe. Despite our international expansion, we have remained family-owned, preserving the core culture and values that have defined us from the start. We take pride in our low employee turnover, strong commitment to our team, and our emphasis on quality over quantity. Despite the numerous difficulties of the war in Ukraine, SanaClis has maintained uninterrupted operations. We proactively supported our Ukrainian employees, offering relocation options to Slovakia and Poland. For those who relocated, we ensured jobs, housing, and care for their families, including the families of those who stayed behind in Ukraine. From an operational standpoint, we upheld our commitment to providing top-tier service. While the activities in Ukraine have slowed, our strong expertise and 20+ years local presence have enabled us to continue operating effectively in the country.
