1) Why does DPR Construction find the Medicon Valley region particularly interesting? Medicon Valley is very interesting because it is the largest life sciences hub in Europe and growing about 8-10 % year on year. This is a region where more and more global clients are establishing their footprints. DPR has significant experience executing successful life science projects in the United States, and we can contribute our vast knowledge and expertise to this industry in the Nordic region. 2) What is the unique expertise that DPR Construction brings to the table? DPR Construction is a successful general contractor based out of California in the United States with a proven track record of executing complex construction projects for the life science and advanced technology sectors. We are experts in our core markets and deliver "Construction-as-a-Service" with the best-tailored solutions for each particular client. This focus results in specialized knowledge and understanding of the customer’s industry and business models, which leads to better outcomes. The success criteria for the next five years are that we have made a significant difference by leveraging our collaborative way of working and our experience on several projects in the Nordics for existing and new clients. Success is also that we are seen as a preferred partner for several engineering companies, vendors, subcontractors, and other partners and that we can continue to attract some of the best construction professionals in the market to come and work on our team.
