Boost Seminar – Navigating the Shifting Currents of U.S. Biotech and Pharmaceutical Patent Law

We are pleased to invite you to our Boost Seminar on the topic Navigating the Shifting Currents of U.S. Biotech and Pharmaceutical Patent Law with King & Spalding.

United States patent law is in flux.  Restriction in subject matter eligibility, initial experience with biosimilar patent litigation, application of the new prior art definitions, and recent developments in Inter Partes Review, including increased flexibility to amend claims and the potential to avoid IPR’s altogether through claims of sovereign immunity, separately and together have significant implications for developing and implementing patent strategies.

The presentations will inform and explain these developments and their impact on creating effective patent portfolios, conducting due diligence or participating in IP transactions, and participating in interparty disputes.

Date: Wednesday December 6th , 2017
Time: 8:30 – 13:00
Venue: Medicon Valley Alliance, Arne Jacobsens Allé 15, Copenhagen S – Ground floor

The Boost Seminar is FREE, but please make sure to register
