Katja Sørensen
European Patent Attorney, Partner, Head of Food, Agriculture & Chemistry, MSc Chemistry

Katja Sørensen is a partner and European patent attorney at Plougmann Vingtoft where she heads our team specialized within food, agriculture, and chemistry. She has expertise within the areas of chemistry, health care, biochemistry, food science, food ingredients, food technology, medical technology, and immunochemistry.
She has experience in identification of inventions, drafting and handling patent applications, freedom-to-operate analyses and litigations. Katja also has special expertise in performing searches in patent and scientific databases.

Furthermore, Katja has over the years developed a solid experience in advising national and international clients with a special focus of client needs; IP strategy, Strategic IP planning, how to create value of IP in the business, IP landscape analysis, risk analysis, and commercialization of IP, etc.

Katja work as a counsellor for both universities, start-ups, small sized companies, and large multinational companies.

Jon Wulff Petersen
Director, Technology Transfer
MSc, PhD, E-MBA

Jon Wulff Petersen is specialized in technology transfer, public-private innovation partnerships, technology roadmaps, technology scouting, and IP and technology valuation.

In 2005, Jon joined the startup tto a/s, which has subsequently been integrated into PV.

Jon has led a large number of assignments for primarily Scandinavian companies and universities in Northern Europe. Previously, Jon has been deputy director of Risø National Laboratory and director of the Micro- and Nanoelectronics Center (MIC) at DTU.
