UL Compliance
Victoria is the Practice Leader of UL Advisory Solutions, and is responsible for the management of the Strategic Advisory Solutions department. In this role she is the thought leader and internal subject matter expert, provides market intelligence and supports the planning for strategic growth and for the development of new products and services. She is also responsible for the execution of services and for sales support and is part of the Advisory Solutions leadership team.
The UL Strategic Advisory Group helps clients through strategic consultative engagements to enter new markets, manage compliance, optimize quality and elevate performance through advisory and technology solutions. Victoria leads the strategic advisory resources in the application of maturity models and strategic/tactical implementation tools for market entry solutions, quality and compliance solutions and performance solutions. She has led seminar and workshops on organizational and cultural change management, learning management, organization and system governance, custom training program development and management, and integrations of new compliance processes and systems.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Communications from Bentley University. She has previously held positions at Johnson & Johnson, McNeil Consumer Healthcare and Cordis. She has extensive global experience in Data warehousing, Sales & Marketing Applications, Commercial Operations, Applications, Process Excellence, Strategic dashboards, Project Management, Manufacturing Inventory Distribution and IT Systems.
