The Danish Government has officially announced that Copenhagen is a candidate for The European Medicines Agency (EMA), which is expected to relocate from London following the British decision last summer to leave the European Union. Several other EU-countries, including Sweden, Poland, Holland and France are also potential EMA host countries.
