Members of Medicon Valley Alliance are invited to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly 2023.
The proposal to amend the articles of association was unanimously adopted by the members present at the ordinary general meeting on 19 April 2023, but §17 of the articles of association requires that at least 2/3 of all votes are also represented at the general meeting, in order for the change to be implemented. The Chair of the General Assembly found that this condition was not met and that it is therefore necessary to hold an extraordinary general meeting in order for the proposal to be finally adopted.
