While we are eagerly awaiting the publication of the new Danish national life science strategy any day, the Swedish Life Science office has recently kicked off the process of updating the national Swedish life science strategy. In charge is the new Director of the Swedish Office for Life Sciences, Jeanette Edblad, who was consequently interviewed by the editor of Nordic Life Science News, Malin Otmani last week.
In a also piece published last week in Danish media (in Danish) commenting on the upcoming Danish strategy Medicon Valley Alliance chairman, Niels Abel Bonde, and CEO, Anette Steenberg, decided to chip in with a suggestion to make Medicon Valley a key selling point for Danish life science. MVA obviously encourages Jeanette Edblad and the Swedish Life Science office to consider something similar!
